There is no evidence that President Bush illegally eavesdropped on any of his political opponents. What we do know is that Russ Feingold is all about promoting Russ Feingold. We also know that the Clintons used the IRS to try and punish their political foes. Check out this Google link:

The Clintons went after religious organizations, any women who went public about Bill's sexual assaults or harassment and even private citizens that spoke or wrote about their displeasure with the Clintons.
